- What materials are your tables made of?
Each of our tables is crafted from select, high-quality solid wood, preserving the material’s natural grain, knots, and organic character. As wood is a natural material, every slab possesses unique variations in color and texture—part of the distinctive charm of solid wood furniture. - Where do you ship? Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within the United States (including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. - How long does it take to receive my table after ordering?
Our total fulfillment time consists of two parts:
Processing Time: After order confirmation, it takes 3 to 7 business days for rigorous quality inspection, reinforced packaging, and preparation for shipment.
- Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
We accept returns and offer full refunds within 30 days for products with manufacturing defects or those that have sustained severe damage during shipping. Due to the nature of these large, natural-wood items, all sales are final unless there is a quality issue; we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than quality defects. If you encounter a quality issue, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. - Is my payment secure? Do you store my credit card information?
Your payment security is of the utmost importance to us. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We never store your full credit card number or CVV security code on our servers. - How can I contact you?
